About the Role
As a Marketing Automation Project Manager, you will be a key player in building, operating, and optimizing marketing automation ecosystems for a diverse range of clients. You will manage day-to-day campaign operations, support strategic initiatives, and bring data-driven marketing activities to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute campaigns, journeys, and automation workflows on leading marketing platforms
- Create dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and customer engagement
- Support the development of marketing strategies by transforming data into actionable insights
- Manage the integration of marketing systems with CRM, data platforms, and other digital tools
- Leverage strong project management capabilities and business-marketing understanding
- Research and recommend new marketing technologies and trends to enhance client projects
Essential Qualifications
- B.A. in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field (mandatory)
- Full proficiency in Excel and familiarity with dashboards (mandatory)
- Experience with marketing automation platforms – an advantage
- Fluent English – writing and verbal (mandatory)
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data
- Tech-savvy, curious, and highly adaptable
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
