JUNIOR DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER

About the Role
As a Digital Project Manager, you will be pivotal in designing and supporting extensive business digital transformation strategies, including e-commerce, loyalty programs, marketing automation and digital services and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement impactful Marketing Automation strategies for enhanced customer engagement, conversion, and retention
- Develop detailed project documentation such as technological software’s requirements and comparisons of platforms
- Leverage data analytics tools to extract valuable insights and drive informed decisions
- Work closely with multiple functions to formulate strategic marketing and digital plans
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business administration with data or IT specialization / engineering / industrial management
- Professional technical courses in systems analysis course, data analysis or another technical field (advantage)
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in marketing automation, e-Commerce or app Operations or a similar role
- Demonstrated expertise in HTML and SQL (advantage)
- Fearless when it comes to any technical concept or challenge
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and make data-driven decisions
- Familiar with E-Commerce / loyalty / Marketing Automation process & systems
- Highly accountable self-motivated person, hands-on with a proactive attitude and a “can do” approach
- Full proficiency of Excel (mandatory)
- Fluent English – writing and verbal (mandatory)
- Highly adaptable and able to learn quickly
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
